Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that are damaged, used, or altered, or that have missing tags. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on certain items such as fine jewelry, swimwear, and lingerie if the protective seal is not in place.
To initiate a return, please log into your account and visit the ‘Order History’ section. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the simple instructions to generate your prepaid return label. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as the original return is processed.
